The machine is assembled and delivered. After order confirmation, the machine is assembled, configured and tested at the factory according to the agreed specification. Before shipment, it goes through a final inspection procedure and is then delivered directly to your location. Every offer includes a clear estimated delivery timeline.
All DigMaster machines comply with EU requirements and carry CE certification. Machines come with a minimum 18-month factory warranty, extendable up to 2 years, ensuring reliability and long-term use.

Enamlevinud mudelid on olemas laos, mistõttu on võimalik saata masin tehasest välja 3-5 tööpäevaga. Mitte laomasinate puhul püüab tehas komplekteerida masina 7-15 tööpäeva jooksul, sellele lisandub meretranspordi aeg. Igal konkreetsel juhul meretranspordi aeg täpsustatakse.
Koostöös tehasega on korraldatud ka kulumaterjalide ja varuosade tarne. Hooldust puudutavad küsimused saab lahendatud kiiresti ja emakeeles. Filtrid ja muud lihtsamad kulumaterjalid on müüdud masinatele laos olemas, vajadusel koostöös tehasega tellime varuosad lennupostiga kohale.
